Our monthly community collaboration with our sister social enterprise, State of Sahaja Yoga studio that gives back for their amazing location and yoga deck at Marina Concourse. The headsets are supplied by DJ Warehouse, we supply the yoga mats and our Founder Judes, leads us through a 75 minute yoga flow into a boogie and then into one of the most amazing places to have deep relaxation, under the starry night sky.
We will move with our headsets on and it will be like Jude is inside your head with you! ;) A beautiful experience and joyful way to end a Sunday afternoon.

Amber Hawken is the head of a small, multi-faceted Australian company serving multiple audiences including private companies, government institutions, school and university education systems and the everyday community through retreats, keynote speaking, a best selling book, private coaching, online programs, workshops, and festivals. She also founded Calm Mind Project, a conscious-driven initiative created to shape conscious leaders and shift cultures using mindfulness, meditation and mindset, beginning first with the individual and then rippling into the collective. With a Diploma of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Amber is also a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Deep State Re-Patterning Therapist and Yoga Teacher. Amber is the author of a number one best selling book, and hosts the podcast and YouTube series, The Amber Hawken Show.

Practice the oldest indigenous martial art form for 2 days!
This is a first of a very unique series of workshops to come. Over 2 days we will be delving into the world of Kalari movement (martial arts and yoga), philosophy and history. We will also be discussing Ayurveda, the science of life.
Kalaripayattu (Kalari) is India's ancient indigenous martial, meditational & medicinal tradition that evolved alongside Yoga & Ayurveda that originates from Kerala in South India. It is a complete system of body-oriented therapy with an emphasis on the expansion & development of the senses, a paradigm commonly called 'when the body becomes all eyes'. Kalari gives us a framework for understanding how we exist in the world and practical guidelines to harmonize ourselves with our ever changing inner and outer environments.
Kalaripayattu martial arts training involves warm up and flexibility exercises, strength and stamina training, step work, traditional forms and sequences as well as unarmed and armed combat techniques. It is ideal for building and maintaining general fitness and is particularly suited for yogi's, athletes, martial artists, actors, dancers and movement practitioners from all walks of life and ages (over 7 years old).
The Kalari Martial Yoga classes present a unique approach to improving your health and wellbeing. In the yogic based classes we will be incorporating meditation, pranayama, Kalari movement forms and Hatha Yoga asanas into a traditional yet dynamic practice.
We will also be discussing vital aspects to health and wellbeing from a naturopathic and Ayurvedic perspective in order to equip you with a greater awareness of how to understand your body in more depth, combat and prevent common illness, and take away a practical routine and ideas to incorporate into your life.
Over the weekend you will take away movement and health practices that you will be able to work on in your own time (and until the next workshop!). It will be a great way to develop more flexibility, calm and focus the mind, improve your fitness and core strength, and develop your sense of inner wellbeing.
